Help Us Test the New Terra Apps for iOS and Android

We're rebuilding the Terra mobile experience from the ground up — and we need your ears.

Today we're opening up beta testing for the next-generation Terra apps on both iOS and Android. The new apps share a single, unified design — so the screenshots below look identical no matter which platform you're using.

We've been heads-down on this rewrite for months, and now we need real listeners using it in the real world to help us shake out the last bugs before launch.

What's New

  • Native apps on Android and iOS — both come with blazing speed.
  • Redesigned station details — introducing Timeline, yard list reviewing, expanded weather, and more.
  • Live spectrograms — watch bird calls paint across the screen in real time.
  • Improved setup — getting your Terra Station online is faster and simpler than ever.

How to Join the Beta

It only takes a minute on either platform.

Already have a Terra Station? Set it up with the current app first if you haven't already, then join the beta to get the new experience.

Found a Bug? Tap the Feedback Button

The new app has a built-in feedback button — enable it in the Settings tab. Tap it any time you spot something that looks wrong, feels slow, or just isn't quite right. Your message comes straight to the engineering team along with diagnostic info to help us reproduce and fix the issue. You can even check the status of your report any time from the feedback detail view in the Settings tab.

This direct feedback channel is what makes a beta worth running. The faster you tell us about a bug, the faster we can fix it and ship the next build.
